One of the top high school recruits in the country called out Bill Belichick after committing to NC State rather than North Carolina over the weekend.
Keshawn Stancil, a four-star recruit from Clayton High School in Clayton, North Carolina, announced on Sunday that he has committed to NC State. The class of 2026 prospect shared some photos on Instagram that showed him in a Wolfpack uniform and took a shot at Belichick in the caption.
Stancil, who is ranked as the 10th-best defensive lineman in the state of North Carolina by 247Sports, said he chose NC State over UNC after he saw a “bum” commit to the Tar Heels. Stancil claimed he “felt played” by Belichick.
