Saturday was a bittersweet day for college football fans around the world.
Week 1 of college football kicked off, but it also marked the final appearance on “College GameDay” for the legendary Lee Corso.
Corso has been a staple of “GameDay” for decades, and Saturday capped off an outstanding television career for one of the greatest personalities on TV.
Each one of Corso’s former teams was in action on Saturday, and they all paid homage to Corso in the best way possible, and that was by winning their games.
